Returns & Exchanges
We care a great deal about keeping our customers happy. Shopping with us should be easy as pie. You can return or exchange almost everything within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Simply send your item(s) back to us with all contents and packaging, proof of purchase and a completed exchange and returns form, and we will process your return or exchange as soon as the package is received.

Exchange and returns form
- An order can be returned within 14 days after you receive it. as stated in the European Union policy.
- Returns are not accepted if:
- the product shows any kind of wear
- the product has been used or is damaged or altered in any way
- the original casing, packaging or labels have been removed
- there is not a completed exchange and returns form attached
- Would you like to return or exchange an item? Please let us know via our contact form and enclose the exchange and returns form.
- Mention your order/client number
- Describe the products involved
- When and how will you be returning the shipment
- Make sure the products are correctly packaged (and will arrive undamaged) with enough stamps
- Costs incurred for returns and exchanges are yours unless we are clearly to blame. Please contact us prior to avoid any misunderstanding.
After processing your return we will refund your funds as soon as possible; within 14 days.
We shall reimburse all payments (purchasing price and shipping costs) within 14 days following the day we are notified of the withdrawal (date of termination). The returned products are received by us, or it is proven that the product is returned. We shall make use of the same means of payment that was used before unless arranged otherwise. The reimbursement is free of charge for the Consumer.
Frequently Asked Questions
- I bought two items: one in size X and one in size Y because I am not sure of my size. Our advice is to always contact us before you order a shirt in two different sizes. We are here to help. Use our contact form to contact us. Or check our size charts online.
- I am not as fond of product x as I thought I would be. If your product is complete and undamaged - and packed in the original packaging - we are able to process your return or exchange.
- I have worn the ordered products at a party last night. I think I want to return it. Returns are not accepted if the original casing, packaging, and labels are removed or if the product has been used or shows any kind of wear.
We always try to help our customers in the best way possible. We are only able to maintain the high quality of our products and honest pricing if we keep our processes simple. Some online stores increase prices to make up for costs made on returns and damaged products. We do not. Feel free to contact us, if you are any questions.
